| If you are finding it difficult to pay your rent or council tax, we can make a Discretionary Housing Payment to assist you. You must be in receipt of partial housing and/or council tax benefit. This is a short term payment i.e. up to 6 months. | Referrals can be made for anyone as long as they are in receipt of partial Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit. Referrals can be made via FORT.
