Following a Sustainability Review undertaken by Opportunities Fife partners in November 2010, Fife Council has brought together Employability projects Working for Families, EQUAL and Opportunities for You to become a single client facing service delivering under the Client Engagement theme of Fife’s Employability Pathway. The new team, established on 1st April 2011 will be known as the Opportunities Fife Client Action Team (CAT) and will be deployed on an area basis as follows:
West Area –covering Dunfermline City, Cowdenbeath and South West Fife Central Area – covering Glenrothes & Kirkcaldy East Area – covering Levenmouth & East Fife For more information please see the entry for the Opportunities Fife Client Action Team |

| Clients will be seen at local venues in the community. | Make contact with referred clients within 3 working days of the referral. Advise clients prior to them signing the client registration document of the conditions in relation to client confidentiality and the passing of information to other agencies for referral purposes. Client progress will be recorded on a client action plan in full agreement with the client. Development Workers will provide on-going and continued support to clients. Fife Council’s complaints procedure and customer care guidelines will underpin service delivery. |
