Safer Neighbourhoods Team
| Introduction | Referral conditions |
| The Safer Neighbourhoods Team (SNT) is a multi- agency team that includes Operational Police, Victim Support Fife, Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) Helpdesk, Under 16’s Officer, Fife Fire and Rescue Service, Night Time Noise Nuisance Team, and Development Officers. The SNT operates in response to an intelligence-led approach, targeting individuals and locations throughout Fife where ongoing anti- social behaviour problems have been identified through analysis of recorded data. The identification of areas experiencing high levels of antisocial behaviour influences the deployment of the Operations Team. The SNT also has a Fife wide overview of ASB, which includes all hate incidents. The ASB helpdesk which is based in the Fife Constabulary’s Force Contact Centre (FCC) has responsibility for coordinating complaints of ASB to ensure that the public are getting the appropriate support and advice if they are experiencing such issues impacting on their quality of life. | ASB E-form |
