When you log in the first page that appears is the FORT home page.  You can use this page to search any existing referrals associated with your organisation (e.g. you can search for referrals made by your colleagues)

Select which user type (e.g. Referrer, Point of Contact or Handler) you would like to go in as by selecting the role from the main menu.  This appears in green directly beneath the AAA feature.
