1. Is your email address correct? Check your email address on FORT is correct by logging in and clicking the "Edit Me" icon near the top of the screen.
2. Are the emails getting stuck in your junk mail box? If you have any mail filters (e.g. Mailsweeper) the emails may be getting stuck in your junk mail box. If so, please release them and add This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to your safe senders list. |
