1.  Double check you are using the correct username and password

Have you recently changed your password? Remember if you change your password on the training system, the live system is not automatically updated with your new details (or vice versa).  You need to make sure you change your password on both systems.  If you have forgotten your username and/or password you can use the "Forgotten your password" link on the FORT login page.      


2.  Check the web address

If you are trying to login to the Live FORT Referrals site the address in the address bar at the top of your internet browser should be https://referrals.fiferightsforum.org

If you are trying to login to the training site the address should be http://training.fiferightsforum.org


3.  Are you a Fife Council internet user?

Have you logged onto the internet? As FORT is internet-based, before you can access the system you must log onto the internet.  A grey 'Network password box' will appear asking you for your username and password.  This is the Internet username and password given to you by IT. Your FORT username and password do not go in this grey box.  If you do not have internet access or have forgotten your Internet username or password, contact your team leader or IT.  Once you have logged onto the internet you can then enter your FORT log-in details on the FORT login page.
