1. Click the green "Forgotten your password" link on the FORT login page (beneath the Sign In button)

2. Enter your email address and memorable data

3. Click the "Reset" password button

4.  Your password will be reset and your details will be emailled to you shortly.

5. Once you have logged in using your new password you can change it to something more memorable by going to "Edit Me"

If you have not entered or forget your memorable data you will not be able to use the "Forgotten your password" facility.  In this case, please contact your Point of Contact (e.g. your Team Leader or Service Administrator) who can remind you of your memorable data and/or refresh your password.
